Serena is an Ontario-based writer and actor. The audio drama she writes and co-created, Signed, Venus, was selected from over a hundred submissions for feature as a compelling fiction podcast in the PodTales 2020 Podcast Showcase. She voiced the character of Nima in the AudioVerse Awards-winning science fiction audio play Moonbase Theta, Out.Serena is currently a law student at Western University, and holds a Master of Arts in Women’s Studies and Feminist Research. Besides her academic studies, Serena has received training in video game writing, ballroom dance, and Arabic, and holds a Certificate in Intercultural Communications for Japanese. Her experience includes creative, corporate, academic, and legal writing.
